This CST Freestyle tire features a Dual-Compound Tread to provide extra traction when you need it in turns. This premium quality lightweight tire has a tire pressure rating of 40-65 PSI.
Warning: The owner's manual states that the maximum tire pressure is 100 PSI, however, this tire is rated to 65 PSI, so do not inflate it above 65 PSI. At 65 PSI the ride will be smoother but the range will decrease, so only choose this tire if you like a smooth ride, and do not mind if the range is less than when using 100 PSI tires.

Section from the eGO owner's manual regarding tire pressure: eGO Cycle tires operate in a pressure range. The maximum pressure is 100 PSI. The minimum pressure is 60 PSI. Tires at maximum pressure will provide superior handling characteristics, very little rolling resistance, and a longer range but will not provide much cushioning on bumpy or uneven surfaces. Tires at minimum pressure provide a softer ride, are more susceptible to flats, and create more rolling resistance thus reducing the riding range. If you want a really efficient and high-performance (but bumpy) ride, or if you’re a large person, keep the tires inflated to their maximum pressure. If you want a smoother but less efficient ride, inflate your tires to about 60 PSI.
